Waste Oil Furnaces INOV8 furnaces come in three popular sizes: 130,000 BTUs, 240,000 BTUs and 450,000 BTUs providing your company virtually free heat when using your waste oils. These furnaces can burn many different types of approved oils. Stack Emissions Model F-125 - This 125,000 input unit heater is a perfect size for the small garage that has limited space and heating needs. This unit heater uses the B200 burner in an aluminized heat exchanger consuming .84 gallons per hour to heat about 2,500 square feet. The outside of the INOV8 F-125 furnace looks similar to the standard "straight-shot" design but disguised inside are many unique features; features that promise to revolutionize the waste oil burning industry. This little dynamo provides high heat-transfer efficiency via a "counter-flow" heat exchanger that may also be used as a make-up air furnace. Removal of ash is easy through the "hinged door" that exposes the entire combustion chamber, and in an "ash collector" prior to the chimney. If space is tight, this furnace can be installed either horizontally or vertically. If negative pressure is a problem in the building, this furnace also comes with openings to install optional sealed combustion. Model F-200 -The most popular selling size is the model F200 furnace, which has an input of 240,000 BTU's and will heat a typical 5,000 square foot facility consuming 1.68 gallons of waste oil per hour. This furnace mounted on the bench tank is the most popular selling combination because of its efficiency, ease of installation and maintenance. The INOV8 300-gallon tank supports the furnace at the required 8 feet. The tank includes a complete oil line, tank gauge, stands and a specially designed settling area inside. Model F-450 - For businesses that have extraordinary heat needs and sufficient quantities of waste oil the F450 furnace is their answer. This unique design features a fire down configuration of the burner and all heat exchanger surfaces are vertical to prevent the build-up of ash. This extends the time between cleaning. The heat exchanger tubes are separated into heat zones allowing for independent expansion preventing stress fatigue on the steel. Like our other furnaces, it is fully cleanable and very energy efficient. In addition this furnace comes with a squirrel cage blower to allow ducting to distribute the hot air. The F450 will heat up to 10,000 square feet while burning 3.78 gallons per hour of waste oil. Bench Tank INOV8 has a bench tank specifically designed to accommodate waste oil and is unique to the industry. It is actually a tank within a tank. Within the 300 gallon tank is a smaller container where the oil is first placed. This allows for time for water and sludge to settle to the bottom while the best oil spills over the top into the main part of the tank. From there the oil is drawn for the burner fuel. Steel supports are secured to the back of the tank and hold the smaller furnaces eight feet above the tank - the recommended height for shops in the United States. Included with the bench tank are the necessary oil lines and a tank gauge. The tanks are also painted with an industrial powder coat paint to complement the furnace color. Installations using this bench tank are easy and convenient. Customers need only supply the chimney, electrical and a compressed air connection. INOV8 also has available double and single wall tanks from other suppliers that will accommodate any size and configuration requirement.
