Operation is automatic, with pneumatic column tilting and 20" turntable, and it is ideal for mounting/de-mounting car, van and motorcycle tires. The pneumatic tilting column combined with the 665 mm height of the turntable give maximum ease and speed of use during mounting/de-mounting. The standard head is designed to protect even the lightest rims, using interchangeable plastic components for the inner surfaces contacting the rim during tire mounting/de-mounting. Furthermore, to protect the rim, plastic guards are standard supply for all parts which could damage the rim during tire changing, such as the turntable clamps, the bead breaker shoe and bead lifting lever. Components such as higher profile clamps and interchangeable clamping zones, bear witness to the attention paid to ergonomics, safety and operating costs. The bead breaking unit is equipped with a two-position telescopic wheel pad (CORGHI patent) for breaking the bead on all wheels up to 14" wide.

Included with the A2019TI-20, Optional with the A2019TI
Pneumatic powered upper disc, holds bead into the wheel drop for mounting.
Designed for low profile, EMT and High Performance tires and wheels.
Loosening upper bead for de-mounting.
Push down upper bead for lubrication and tire tool insertion.
Lowering upper bead for inspection between bead and
de-mount head.
Lowering upper bead for inserting the bead clamp, this clamp
makes it possible to lift the bead over the mount/de-mount
head.
Pneumatic powered lower lifting arm holds lower bead into
wheel drop while lower bead is lifted over mount/de-mount
head.
Pneumatic powered lower lifting arm re-loosens lower bead if
it re-seats.
