High Performance Tire Changer

Accu-Turn 4602

Swing arm tire changer for shops doing tires in excess of 40" OD, and not greater then 50" OD. Primarily for shops specializing in Off-road floatation tires, racing slicks, or utility tires. Massive bead breaker breaks beads on the largest tires without damaging the tread or sidewall!

Features and Highlights

Extended height swing arm design handles tires up to 50" diameter and rims up to 16" wide.
Adjustable tension on mount/de-mount arm to remove tolerances as tire changer ages.
Two position bead breaker to accommodate extra wide tires.
Twin oversized air cylinders provide a superior clamping force.
Large diameter hex mount/de-mount shaft for extra rigidity (1.65").
Zinc chromate coated turntable for corrosion resistance.
Chuck slides are nickel-plated (not zinc plated) for longer life and better rim protection.
Two position bead breaker to accommodate extra wide tires.
Pressure limiter, water separator and oiler are all standard.
Double-acting bead breaker air cylinder eliminates shock or damage when bead breaks loose.
