America's Pride Shinemaster Paint Mix Rooms are constructed of quality materials and manufactured to exacting standards. Designed for extended service and high production requirements.
PAINT MIX ROOMS are designed to provide a clean and ventilated space for the preparation of today's sensitive coatings. A continuous filtered air flow of 1500 cfm. provides a contaminate free environment and operator safety. Our Mix Rooms conform to NFPA, BOCA and OSHA standards and regulations and are ETL approved.

- Construction
Paint Mix Rooms are constructed of 18 gauge G90 grade galvanized sheet metal panels. Panels are manufactured with 2" rolled flanges and 1/2" back rolled flange and punched on 6" centers for bolt together assembly.Some localities require a concrete curb for spill containment, (check your local codes for regulations on paint mix rooms). An optional curb kit is available.
- Exhaust System - Paint Mix Room Exhaust System uses a tubeaxial exhaust fan, complete with 1/3 hp. electric motor 120 volt single phase. Fans are designed with a streamlined belt tunnel and non sparking blades. Fan housing is iron phosphate processed steel with an acrylic epoxy paint finish. A cast iron sheave is factory installed.
- Doors- An access door is provided and constructed of heavy gauge welded steel tubing - painted, with 18 gauge G90 grade galvanized sheet metal skin. Welded steel door frame with heavy duty hinges, Brixon latches, and complete door seals is also provided.
- Filtration- A 20" x 20" x 1" fiberglass air inlet filter is installed in the front of the Paint Mix Room for filtered fresh air intake.
- Lighting- Paint Mix Room are equipped with roof mounted 40 watt 4 tube fluorescent fixtures (less tubes). Booth lighting conforms to NFPA-33 regulations and is UL and or ETL listed.
