America's Pride Exhaust Benches are constructed of quality materials and manufactured to exacting standards. Designed for extended service in high production requirements.

Exhaust Benches-Designed to remove airborne particulate, fumes and harmful vapor from your working area. Exhaust Benches can be used for removal of airborne dust, sanding dust, and other particulate. They can also be used to exhaust fumes such as welding, chemical and paint to exterior atmosphere, removing them from the work area and your employees.

• Construction

  Exhaust Benches are constructed of 18 gauge G90 grade galvanized sheet metal panels. Panels are manufactured with 2" rolled flanges and 1/2" back rolled flange and punched on 6" centers for bolt together assembly.

• Filter Media- Exhaust Benches are shipped with 20" x 20" x 2" fiberglass arrestor media as standard. Optional filter media includes 20" x 20" x 1" fiberglass pre filter and 20" x 20" x 1" pleated filter for airborne dust and similar materials. Pleated filter media can be replaced by 20" x 20" x 6" bag type filter media for very fine particulate capture.

• ExhaustSystem- Exhaust system uses a Tubeaxial Exhaust Fan, complete with TEFC electric motor, 208/230/460 volt 3 phase, (single phase optional). Fans are designed with a streamlined belt tunnel and non sparking blades. The fan housing is iron phosphate processed steel with an acrylic epoxy paint finish. A cast iron sheave is factory installed.

• Custom Designs- Exhaust Benches can be custom designed to fit your specific requirements. Special filter media can be installed for your application along with the exhaust air volume and the overall size of the units.
