  • Programmable electric tubing bender
  • Maximum capacity is 2" Schedule 40 pipe, 2.5" tube
  • Like most RMD tubing benders, the model 300 utilizes a portable cart with wheels for easy mobilization around the job site or production floor.
  • To program a bend, simply turn the degree hand wheel to the desired bend angle (include spring back). When performing a bend, the die head will automatically stop at the degree indicated on the numerical counter. Allows for accurate repeatability when performing one or multiple bends.
  • Optional OCS (operator control station) programming unit can store multiple programs. Each program can store 10 different bend angles. The model 300-S with OCS was designed to be understood easily for ease of operation.
  • Like all RMD tubing benders, bends can be advanced after stopping machine, saving on material costs during set-up.
  • Non-proprietary center die spindle allows for custom tooling applications.
  • This tubing bender is supplied with an AC variable speed motor drive with built in speed potentiometer.
  • Bend material : Round or square tubing, pipe, flat stock, angle iron, or solid rod.
  • Similar to other RMD programmable tube benders, the model 300 can be fitted with a rotary positioning table allowing for accurate bends in varying planes, as well as consistent measurements between bends.

    • Quick Release - The optional quick release offers an easy release of material with no disassembly required. By simply reversing the machine the quick release backs away allowing the operator to take the bend out of the machine. No repositioning of the counter die hand wheel is required.
    • OCS (Operator Control System) for Models 200-S and 300-S tubing bender models. The OCS unit is extremely easy to program (no other tube bender has such an easy programming unit), simply create a name for the program like DWG#0001, next type in degree of bend like 90°, then add spring back for this supply of tubing like 4°, then go to bend 2 and do the same. When complete save program. You can create up to 20 programs with up to 10 bends per program. The OCS unit coupled to a RMD pipe bender is the highest quality combination on the market. Accuracy of an RMD tubing bender with the OCS unit is unparalleled. Unlike our European competitors, all of our electrical components on our pipe bender can be purchased at thousands of locations across North America. An OCS option on a RMD tube bender comes standard with foot pedal controls. One pedal is for forward, and the other is for reverse. When pushing the forward button it completes bend one then waits for the operator to reverse the machine to the home position before it resets itself for bend two, etc., etc., etc.
