- Programmable electric tubing bender
- To program a bend, simply turn the degree hand wheel to the desired bend angle (include spring back). When performing a bend, the die head automatically stops at the degree indicated on the numerical counter. Allows for accurate repeatability when performing one or multiple bends. No complicated electronics to program.
- Lead screw indicator ensures repeatable counter die positioning for multiple bends.
- In return mode, the die head stops in the home position.
- Remote Operator Interface allows operator to control the bend.
- Die sets are interchangeable with all RMD tube bender models.
- Bend can be advanced after stopping machine, saves on set up costs (material savings).
- Power : 110 V, 1 HP, Single Phase, 20 amp, 60 cycle (other electrical specifications available).
- Bend Material : Round or square tubing, pipe, flat stock, angle iron, or solid rod.
- Fast Change Over : Dies and counter dies can be changed out in a matter of seconds, no tools required.

- The Model 200 tubing bender is equipped with a lead screw indicator that ensures repeatable counter die positioning for multiple bends.

- Capacity is up to 1-1/2" Schedule 40 Pipe (up to 2.0" tube, depending on wall thickness and CLR).
