Over 35 years ago when we sought out to build a better bender. We didn't use engineers with slide rules dressed in pretty suits, but actual muffler guys instead.

They built our original bender, used it, tested it and destroyed it. They tore it apart piece by piece, studied it, rebuilt it again, then put it back in the shop. They did this continually until they could find no room for improvement. By studying all existing technology and data, we were able to find that elusive mix of hardcore durability and round-the-clock reliability.
