• Swage, reduce, end form, flare, or expand tubing anywhere you want. Mounted on its own easy-wheeling cart, Baileigh's portable pipe reducer / swager / expander equips you to reduce, flare, or expand tube or pipe ends.
• The BSE25 features a powerful 5 HP motor, single phase (30 amp), or 3-phase (20 amp). Power requirement is 240 Volt, 60 hertz supply. Other voltages available.
• This tubing expander / steel pipe reducer has 25,000 lbs of expanding power.
• Automatic preset expanding system allows precise expanding every time. Open cart area provides a convenient work surface.
• Tubing expanding capacity is from 1" up to 5-1/2" ID
• Tube swaging, reducing, and flaring capacity is up to 3" OD
• Collet Holder for 1" up to 2-1/2" OD tubing.
• Adjustable collar for expanding 1" up to 3-1/2"
• Includes adjustable collar for expanding 1" to 3-1/2" tube, and collet holder for 1" to 2-1/2" OD tubing.
• Portable design includes heavy duty wheels and front swivel caster with brake.
• Clear safety guards for increased protection during all operations. Includes a 20' power cord.
