America's Pride Bakemaster DOWN DRAFT SPRAY BOOTHS are designed to provide the finest quality finishes by providing an efficient dust free environment. The booths efficiently remove the airborne paint particles (overspray) and harmful vapor from the working area of the spray booth. The down draft designs move the input and exhaust air around the vehicle, creating an envelope of clean air. This air flow helps produce the finest finishes possible. The air make up system with SPRAY/BAKE provides you with a complete paint and cure center all in one booth.

- Construction
Booths of a double walled design using 20 gauge inner and outer panels with 3" ridgit foam insullation sandwiched and adhesive bound between inner and outer panel. Panel assemble connection using H-beams, floor and top channel manufactured from 18 gauge G90 grade galvanized steel. Panels and connections are natural galvanized finish and optional pre-coated white interior and your choice of exterior colors.
- Exhaust System - Exhaust system uses a low dBA 30" tubeaxial exhaust far complete with TEFC electric motor, 208/230/460 volt 3 phase (single phase motor optional). Fans are designed with a streamlined belt tunnel and non sparking blades. Fan housing is iron phosphate processed steel with an acrylic epoxy paint finish. A cast iron sheave is factory installed. A full down draft pit package is included complete with floor grating and roll type exhaust media. Also included is America's Pride exclusive roll media support system. This exclusive design provides the finest support to the filter media and a more balanced airflow along the length of the exhaust pit.
- Filtration - The roll media exhaust filters trap the airborne paint particles (overspray) and allow the harmful vapor to be exhausted to exterior atmosphere. The inexpensive dry filters (arresters) are disposable as standard industrial waste by most localities. (Check your local codes for regulations regarding filter disposal.) Air input filtration is mounted in the ceiling and contain 20" x 50" x 1" air filters, self sealing design.
- Lighting - Booths are equipped with hip roof mounted and vertical mounted 40 watt 4 tube 4 foot fluorescent lighting fixtures with inside booth access for ease of tube changes. Booth lighting systems are designed to conform to NFPA-33 regulations for spray booth applications. All lighting is UL and ETL listed and approved.
- Doors - Down Draft models come with TRI FOLD Door System. Door are 9' wide x 8' high and provide both product entrance/exit and access door. Doors are of solid design and are supported by heavy duty hinges and latched using explosion relief latches. The door frame is of a welded angle iron construction, painted battleship grey and is supplied with an adhesive foam door seal. Rubber door sweeps are provided to seal doors to the floor. Solid back model booths of 26' and over have the addidion of a 36" x 84" access door to conform to national regulations.
- Air Make Up System Spray/Cure Direct Fired - Provides heated (winter) or unheated (summer) filtered, 100% fresh air to the air input canopy. Providing a clean air supply to the booth during the spray cycle. During the accelerated drying or curing cycle the system uses 50% less fresh air and the temperature is elevated up to 160 degree F. An optional recirculation package is available that reduces the exhaust volume in the cure cycle to 20%. Both the spray and cure cycles are controlled by a solid state deluxe control panel. The 1,500,000 btuh. natural gas or propane, direct fired heater can be exterior roof, exterior pad, interior suspended or interior floor mounted to conform to your shops requirements. Indirect fired air make up systems are optional.
