AmPro Shinemaster Spray Booths are constructed of quality materials and manufactured to exacting standards. Designed for extended service and high production requirements, while providing the correct environment to produce the finest quality finishes. Semi Down Draft Reverse Flow Automotive Spray Booths are designed to efficiently remove airborne paint particles and harmful vapor (overspray) from the working area of the spray booth. The semi down draft design flows air verticality and then horizontally The flow is reversed over the standard semi down draft design and provides a cleaner environment by the exhaust air plenum being mounted in the front of the booth. Entering through air inlet filters mounted in the overhead air input plenum in the rear section of the spray booth, the air flows across the surface of the vehicle and exits through the front exhaust filters.

• Construction Booths are constructed of 18 gauge G90 grade galvanized sheet metal panels. Panels are manufactured with 2" rolled flanges and 1/2" back rolled flanged and punched on 6" centers for bolt together assembly using 5/16 in. hex head bolts and nuts zinc plated Grade 5. Panels are manufactured using automated CMC machinery for size and hole accuracy. Standard tube acrylic caulking is supplied to seal seams. • Filtration The 20" x 20" exhaust filters trap the airborne paint particles (overspray) and allow the harmful vapor to be exhausted to exterior atmosphere. The inexpensive dry filters are disposable as standard industrial waste by most localities. (Check your local codes for regulations regarding filter disposal.) Air input filtration is mounted in the ceiling using 20" x 50" x 1" air filters, self sealing design. • Accessories & Optional Equipment Bi-fold doors. View windows. • Exhaust System Exhaust system uses a 30" tubeaxial fan with TEFC electric motor, 208/230/460 volt 3 phase (single phase optional). Fans are designed with a streamlined belt tunnel and non sparking blades. Fan housing is iron phosphate processed steel with an acrylic epoxy paint finish. A cast iron sheave is factory installed. AmPro's exclusive 20" x 20" x 2" filter frame assemblies with integral mounted filter grids are supplied. • Doors Semi Down Draft models come with TRI FOLD Door System. Doors are 9' wide x 8' high and provide both product entrance/exit and access door. Doors are of a solid design and include heavy duty hinges and explosion relief latches. The door frame is of a welded angle iron construction, painted battleship gray and is supplied with adhesive backed foam door seals. Rubber door sweeps are provided to seal doors to the floor. Solid back model booths of 26' and over have the addition of a 36" x 84" access door to conform to national regulations. • Lighting Booths are equipped with hip roof and side mounted 40 watt 4 tube 4 ft. fluorescent lighting fixtures (less tubes). Lighting is mounted horizontally for exceptional illumination. Booth lighting systems are designed to conform to NFPA-33 regulations for spray booth applications.
