AmPro Shinemaster Prep Stations are constructed of quality materials and manufactured to exacting standards. Designed for extended service and high production requirements, while providing the correct environment to produce the finest quality finishes. Automotive Prep Stations are designed to provide an almost dust free environment by 3 stage air filtration before returning the air back into the area. This increases production by reducing housekeeping, safeguards your health by removing respirable particles from the air and reduces energy cost by re-circulating your shop's heated or cooled air. In addition an optional damper kit can allow you the ability to do spot painting and priming in the same unit (check local codes for ability to paint in prep areas). The units are available in a number of configurations and include, Semi Down Draft - pictured right, and Down Draft - pictured bottom right.

• Construction Constructed of 18 gauge G90 grade galvanized sheet metal panels and components. Panels manufactured with 2" rolled flanges and 1/2" back rolled flange and punched on 6" centers for bolt together assembly. Welded steel - painted - angle iron provides overall structural strength to overhead canopy. • Exhaust System Exhaust system uses tubeaxial exhaust fan complete with TEFC electric motor, 208/230/460 volt 3 phase (single phase motor optional). Fans are designed with a streamlined belt tunnel and non sparking blades. Fan housing is iron phosphate processed steel with an acrylic epoxy paint finish. A cast iron sheave is factory installed. • Filtration Filtration consists of 20" x 20" x 1" fiberglass pre filter, 20" x 20" x 1" pleated final filter and 20" x 50" x 1" canopy filter. This provides for 3 stages of filtration before air is re-circulated back into the area, providing the most dust free environment possible.

• Custom Designs Prep Stations can be custom designed to fit your specific requirements. Units can be designed for multiple vehicles or for trucks. Cartridge type filter systems can be installed. Increased air flow and additional filtering including HEPA can be manufactured into our Prep Stations.
