The 6000 Series Crossdraft booth intakes fresh air through filters in the product doors. The clean filtered air is drawn through the booth and exhausted through a filter system at the opposite end. This type of spray booth makes efficient use of floor space and is available in solid-back, drive-through and reverse-flow designs. Reverse flow booths intake air through filters in the back wall. The solid-faced product doors are at the exhaust end of the booth. This provides cleaner intake filtration and better control of shop dust.

Available in Solid Back, Reverse Flow and Drive-Thru Versions.

• Air Replacement Units - All Truck Trailer and Equipment booths can be equipped with air replacement units that control inside air pressure, temperature and cure cycles to meet your requirements.

• Lighting Features - Bright full booth illumination is provided by four-tube, 48", 32-watt, fluorescent light fixtures in the ceiling panels and side walls. Each is sealed behind clear tempered safety glass and sealed with a trimlock gasket. All fixtures are UL listed and approved for their intended use and placement. The light tubes are not furnished with the fixtures.

• Construction Features and Quality Standards - All booth and plenum sections are made with 18-gauge galvanized steel. All product and personnel access doors are double skinned for ease of maintenance and treated for noise control. Brixon latches and limit switches are provided for each door opening. All Truck Trailer and Equipment booths are rigidly reinforced with external "I" beams. All exhaust fan units are equipped with motors and sized for more than adequate air flow movement to meet all quality code standards. Optional NEMA 12 control panel available. Other electrical components are to be supplied by others. All hardware, filters and sealants needed for the booth installation are included.
