Operation is automatic, with pneumatic column tilting and 20" turntable, and it is ideal for mounting/demounting car, van and motorcycle tires.The pneumatic tilting column combined with the 665 mm height of the turntable give maximum ease and speed of use during mounting/demounting.The standard head is designed to protect even the lightest rims, using interchangeable plastic components for the inner surfaces contacting the rim during tire mounting/demounting.Furthermore, to protect the rim, plastic guards are standard supply for all parts which could damage the rim during tire changing, such as the turntable clamps, the bead breaker shoe and bead lifting lever.Components such as higher profile clamps and interchangeable clamping zones bear witness to the attention paid to ergonomics, safety and operating costs.The bead breaking unit is equipped with a two-position telescopic wheel pad (CORGHI patent) for breaking the bead on all wheels up to 14" wide.
