America's Pride Dust and Fume Booths are constructed of quality materials and manufactured to exacting standards. Designed for extended service and high production requirements, while providing your workforce with a safe and healthier environment.

Dust and Fume Booths are designed to remove airborne particulate such as grinding and sanding dust and/or fumes such as welding. The particulate is collected in a 3 stage filtration chamber and returned back into your facility. This saves you costly heating and cooling utilities while providing a safer and healthier environment for your workforce.

• Construction

  Booths are constructed of 18 guage G90 grade galvanized sheet metal panels. Panels are manufactured with 2" rolled flanges and 1/2" back rolled flange and punched on 6" centers for bolt together assembly.

• Exhaust System- Exhaust system uses a tubeaxial exhaust fan/s complete with TEFC motor, 208/230/460 volt 3 phase (single phase optional). Fans are designed with a streamlined belt tunnel and non sparking blades. Fan housing is iron phosphate processed steel with an arcylic epoxy paint finish. A cast iron sheave is factory installed.

• Filtration - 3 stage filtration is used on our Dust and Fume Booths. Filtration consists of 20" x 20" x 1" fiberglass pre filter, 20" x 20' x 1" pleated air filter and 20" x 50" x 1" final filter (20" x 20" x 1" final filters on some models). The pre filter captures the large airborne particles, the pleated filters capture the fine dust particles and the final filters provide for an almost dust free return air. For fume capture, the pleated filters are replaced with carbon inpregnated or activated carbon filters.

• Lighting- Booths are equipped with roof mounted 40 watt 4 tube flourescent lighting fixtures (less tubes). All lighting fixtures are UL. listed.

• Custom Design Options- Dust and Fume Booths an be custom designed to fit your specific requirements. The width, height and working depths can be changed. Disposable filter media can be replaced with a cartridge type filter system with automatic back pulse cleaning. other modifications can include Conveyor slots, bridge crane access and increased exhaust air flow.
